Casper's Fund also assists participants in obtaining vaccinations, rabies hosts, heartworm tests and FIV/FeLV tests at a reduced cost. There is no income requirement for participating in Casper's Fund.

Conyers/Rockdale Humane Society - 770-922-4618 - An education oriented society that does not run an animal shelter. The Humane Society holds two Spay/Neuter Rebate Programs in March and October that are open only to Rockdale County residents. HS volunteers also speak to school groups, homeowner associations, etc., on a myriad of topics relating to humane treatment of all animals.

Fix 'Em Free sponsored by Fulton County Animal Services managed by Southern Hope Humane Society. Program will provide free spay or neuters to Fulton County residents who are not able to afford to get their pets sterilized. The program will also provide rabies and other vaccinations for free. In addition, Fix 'Em clients will also be eligible to purchase a microchip and registration for $12. The Fix 'Em Free procedures will be provided by the No More Homeless Pets Atlanta Clinic.
